Political WireWith 17 days until the election, every single major forecast has Hillary Clinton above the 270 electoral votes she needs to become the next president.
The forecasts currently range from having her winning from 278 to 352 electoral votes with the average at 317. However, there are still a considerable number of toss up states in these forecasts.
