Standing up to Grover is a scam

The Repubs alleging spine to permit more tax "revenue" don't agree to higher rates. More "revenue" without higher "rates" means eliminating "loopholes." The "loopholes" are itemized deductions. Getting rid of them for the affluent will generate almost no revenue. First, the affluent don't have that much in itemized deductions - they are a small share of affluent income. Second there is no chance of big cuts in home mortgage interest and charity - where the money is - because of powerful lobbies depending on them. The whole "we have an open mind" line is a scam to hide Repub intransigence..

A Muslim facilitator...
Perhaps his primary focus IS to bankrupt the US so it loses its prestige.

I kid around, I don't actually believe that. However, that is even mentioned by Michelle Bachmann, who is one of their darlings.

Any how, like I mentioned before, closing loopholes would more likely hurt everybody else rather than those up top.
They were thinking of closing it on mortgages and stuff like that, but that is going to hurt the middle class more.

I sincerely don't trust it. Either way, I still say that the Estate tax deal needs to go away and return to Clinton levels.

Does life imitate art or art imitate life? Willard peddled the loop hole and numbers that didn't add up. I liked your post.
