Ever wonder why so many assholes are running for President?

I certainly have. Part of the answer, I am sure, is thanks to the now-busted precedent which encourages the Justice Department to lay off of Presidential candidates until after they drop out. Chris Christie and Rick Perry bought themselves a year of freedom doing that.

But what about the others? Well, they're renting out the lists of suckers who give them their email addresses, and getting fucking rich by it. The Republican email lists are prime lists of suckers: most of them are low-information, fear-and-self-esteem-motivated rubes who are lining up for your shark testosterone, gold-plated commemorative coins, and penis extension devices.

Newt Gingrich rents his list out to the highest bidders. Ben Carson's list is thought to be worth $5-6 million. And Donald Trump (or the RNC--they haven't sued each other over it, yet) has the contact and payment information of 2.5 million gazooks who have already pissed away money on Trump's campaign. Proven suckers.
