1. Bill Clinton improperly and unnecessarily meeting with Loretta Lynch prompting everyone to cry wolf
2. James Comey who gave the wholly historically unprecedented "beyond paygrade" press conference in which he both said he was closing the case, nothing to move forward and that she was extremely careless.
3. Donald Trump who knows nothing from nothing, constantly pressurizing FBI that the investigation was rigged and investigation should be investigated - giving Comey no choice but give this latest info, otherwise, he might be giving the appearance of "rigging"
4. Anthony Wiener - Nuff Said

1 caused 2 (since Lynch had to recuse), 2 caused 3, and 3 and 4 caused today. Note that all of these are male and 3 of them have been involved in sexual problems.
