There is no target. They found some emails. It's prudent for them to examine them to see if they've already seen them or if anything was classified. She didn't have classified info before, so no reason to expect it now.

The crime is that Comey announced it! Prosecutors are supposed to keep their mouths shut. He's doing this to help Republicans.
