Watching Trump surrogate Jason Miller on MTP

Do Democratic surrogates speak at the same machine gun rate as the pubs do when they're rattling off their talking points? Kellyanne Conway (of course), Katrina (forget her last name begins with P), Boris Epshtein...

Their delivery goes in one ear and out the other at lightspeed. Does it have an organic effect on their knuckle-dragging flock?

They're certainly not convincing me.
