What bank financed the building for Trump? Was it the Alfa Bank involved or was it entirely financed by Deutsch Bank and Trump himself?

Trump doesn't own the building. He has a lease on it from the US Government.

I believe the $170M construction loan was through Deutsche Bank using the lease as collateral.
