Uber, Lyft, Zipcar Offer Free Or Discounted Rides To Polls On Election Day

This probably been mentioned before, but wanted to make people aware of this in case a ride is needed to the polls if interested.

Uber was already offering their own discount for new users - $20 off their first ride with the promotional code "VOTETODAY" on Tuesday.

Like Uber, Lyft had their own discount for Election Day for new users.

New Lyft riders can use the code NOVEMBER8TH to receive $5 off their first 10 rides.

Lyft is also offering a 45 percent discount on one ride between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. in <selective cities> "to commemorate the fact that the nation will be electing our 45th President."
