They will live stream for free from 4pm to 4am.
You can google 'live stream election coverage 2016' and probably find more live stream coverage too.
Make sure you've updated your video players & stuff like flash.

CNN, MSNBC, many local TV stations in many markets.
I don't have a TV either, and any time some sort of breaking news happens, I google TV stations that city, and then go to their websites. Often at least one of them will have gone to live streaming, and it can be totally amazing. Much, much better than the networks on this. Trust me. I've done it many times.
Also, Amy Goodman of Democracy Now will be on the air, and she might be your very best source.
