With so many poll closure times at 7pm EST

This could be wrapped up by then? Yes, I know...places in CST and further western time zones also are crucial. I live in a CST state but I'm currently working in California. Thinking that the night results could be already available by 4 pm or 430pm here in CA is messing with my mind..especially since I signed up to go to an "election watch party" that is at 7pm PST!
