How are you going to watch the election results? There's so many options.

If you're a cord cutter like myself then there are certain times that local TV Coverage just isn't enough. Election Results are one of those times. I want CNN, MSNBC, and dare I say, Fox (so I can see their sadness). There's also a lot more options than just mainstream news as well.

SlingTV - Sling.com offers a 7 day free trial with no contracts. This gets you CNN if you're a cordcutter like me it's about the only way to get CNN. Their livestream never works when there's any server load.

NPR - This year NPR has teamed up with PBS to do a joint broadcast! NPR One app on your phone (Chromecast it to your TV), NPR website, and Facebook Live streaming.

Politico - They will have a live stream that links up with their interactive electoral map.

Twitter & Buzzfeed - They have teamed up together and at election.twitter.com you can watch their live stream and tweet at the same time. I'm avoiding this as I have children and I'm sure the tweets are not going to be kid friendly.

VoteCastr - Votecastr.us Ladies and Gentlemen, this is something NEW and something I'm excited about. Here's a quote;
" For decades, networks and newspapers have agreed not to reveal the information they gather through exit polling to their audiences until polls close. Journalists keep that information to themselves, campaigns track the outcome with their own methodologies, and voters are left without access to information about how the election is going in real time. This year, Slate plans to provide voters with some of that data. On Election Day, we will partner with a startup called VoteCastr to gather and publish voter-turnout information in a few key states, along with analysis of what that turnout suggests for results in the states we track and for the likely outcome of the election overall."

It's promise is to be interactive and reveal information that was previously hidden from the electorate. I'm interested in seeing how it works.
