How exactly do the Republicans think we can rig this election?

I was talking with a relative this morning about the charges the Orange Fuhrer keeps leveling at the Democratic Party. The question nobody seems to ask these people is just HOW are we supposed to be pulling off this massive election rigging? The manpower and capitol required to organize the theft of "hundreds of thousands to millions" of votes would be mind boggling.

In this example let's assume Trump's mythical person who votes 10 times can actually pull it off. They can't be doing it by mail because anything after the first ballot is going to be thrown away. So the voting is going to have to be happening in person. Ok, so figure they'll have to go to multiple districts/polling spots where nobody has seen their face. Each person will be tasked with knowing each of the people they are trying to vote for in detail; how to sign their name, where they live, etc.

Next up let's assume we are shipping people in from other countries(another of the Orange Fuhrers' personal reality facts) to commit voter fraud. Before the voter fraud scheme could even begin there would need to be some serious ESL reading and writing training for everybody brought in for this scheme, right?

Ok, so now we have hundreds of thousands to millions of trained foreign operatives ready to cast 10 votes each across the nation. So with all of that far fetched nonsense somehow accounted for we reach the most critical, and almost statistically improbable, part of the plan. The hundreds of thousands to millions of votes intended to be stolen require the actual legal voter to not show up for a vote or to have sent in a mail in vote. It would only take a single legal voter with a stolen vote to appear for the entire Boris and Natashaesque plan to fail.

So, in short to steal the election there would have to be massive influx of new citizens(that nobody notices). A heavily organized transportation scheme(that nobody notices). An infrastructure of handlers, organizers, etc. to be paid for with money nobody notices is missing. Other things like ten different outfits and time to change into them all. To top it all off there would have to be one world class 100% accurate crystal ball to know which of the legal "living" voters weren't going to cast a vote of any kind in 2016. Next we'd have to.............. you know what...... forget it. The entire scenario I'm outlining here is beyond ridiculous. To accomplish what the Orange Fuhrer has been accusing the DNC of since March is improbable to the point of impossibility. The Republicans seem to like these crazy conspiracies but never seem to know how they are supposed to be accomplished. Anything at all seems to be ok with them and their voters. Each one of them have their very own little personal realities that they insist are real just because they say so.
