David Plouffe's final call this AM

Tweeted by John Harwood, NBC:

"David Plouffe final call: 50% Clinton, 44% Trump. 342 EVs (she wins all Obama 2012 states including OH + NC + NE-2), or 348 (wins IA too)."

To newbies: Plouffe was the genius behind the Obama 2008 strategy.
