The parking lot was full and there was a long line outside of my poling place, but not for my precinct. I was able to walk right in, but when the doors opened, my precinct had the long line. Timing, my friends, timing.
I was voter number 110. During the mid-terms, I've voted in the afternoon and the numbers hadn't quite broken 30, so the turn out is definitely up. We were getting a very light spritz of rain but the weather map now looks like it's clear, for the duration (hopefully).
And, yea, I got kind of teary eyed, when I left. I didn't think it would hit me, like that. Damn, I love being a Democrat!

The only way to get rid of the rest of the criminals is to vote in a Democrat, as Governor, and take back our legislature.
I hope to see SOME progress in that, tonight.
