My sixteen year old son just voted for the first female president!

This is also the kid who illegally donated to both Sanders and Clinton when he was still fifteen. Resulting in calls to the campaigns from Yours Truly instructing them to change the donation to my name. I give him his allowance so it's my money after all!

Lest some people be concerned, it is completely legal to take a minor into the voting booth with you and allow them to physically cast the vote under your direction. Not that the awesome young man needed any.

I am so proud of my three sons.

The nineteen year old mailed in his ballot weeks ago from FSU and called to tell me as he dropped it in the slot, the middle child (referenced above) accompanied his dad to the polling place and participated in the democratic process in his own limited way, and my thirteen year old baby endured a blow to the back of the head from a Trump loving classmate for speaking up to contradict a lie.

These boys, and their circle of friends, give me so much hope for the future. They are honestly baffled by the idea that a woman is somehow inherently less than a male. It makes no sense to them!
