Just a reminder that moderation in exposure to news coverage can help in lessening a sensation of anxiety. And it will be Taco Tuesday in my house, tonight, but I'm thinking I'll hold off on the Margaritas. Maybe. We'll see.

breathe in for a count of four, hold for a count of four, and exhale for a count of seven.

I just know that the breathing technique helps.
It's also great for getting to sleep.
