A psychologist's suggestion re election anxiety

Just a reminder that moderation in exposure to news coverage can help in lessening a sensation of anxiety. Meditation is often helpful (refer to the guided meditation post from this am) as well as an occasional distraction. (Refer to the post about video games!) For additional psychological information, www.psychcentral.com is a useful public website.

Not quite sure what I'll be in the mood for, yet. And, of course, some orange juice for Mimosas, in the morning.

And it will be Taco Tuesday in my house, tonight, but I'm thinking I'll hold off on the Margaritas. Maybe. We'll see.

Prahna Yoga, but I don't know anything about that.

I just know that the breathing technique helps.

It's also great for getting to sleep.
