I'll start with "ORCA".

For those that don't remember, this was the vote tracking software that was supposed to deliver the election to Romney on a silver platter. It was supposed to help the RNC GOTV effort on election day.

The result was a beached whale with a giant harpoon stuck in it. It.didn't.work.

Ah, memories.
