The Trump lawsuit against Clark county says that some voters in line were DENIED the right to vote

at their polling places; their polling places were shut down at 8 with voters still in line.

It further states that these voters were directed to go to the Cardenas market site to vote. This site was directed to stay open till 10 pm to accommodate all the voters from the Cardenas site and from other sites who had been in line when their polls closed.

If the Trump campaign is correct, Clark County decided to consolidate its voting, shutting down other sites at 8 pm and directing those voters over to the Cardenas site, where voting continued till 10.

In other words, it sounds like some voters may have been improperly DENIED the chance to vote at their polling place, where they were in line, and instead sent over to the Cardenas market. Of course these people would have arrived at Cardenas after 8 pm -- and now the Trump campaign objects to their being able to vote at all.

I copied this from the lawsuit:

13. After 8 pm Joe told Mr. Ketchum directly that other polling locations were being closed on time and that voters still in line were instructed to come to the polling location at Cardenas Market.

they didn't have to be in line by 8. they only had to be in line while there was a line. the law for ev is different.

I just listened to the court proceedings and they threw the gop out on their ass. they can proceed through the ag, but no court ordered remedies are warranted.

It sounds like the voters were legally in line by the specified time and the polling staffers simply sent them to another location to finish their voting?

Either way, the Trump campaign is arguing that people who were in line by the legal time should not be allowed to vote.

This sounds like an attempt to disqualify legal votes based on a technicality.
