BREAKING: NV Judge DENIES Trump The Action He sought

Just now.

She slapped them down with a smile.

Among other things, she said they were jumping the gun on the process as all administrative avenues had not been persued or exhausted. In other words, they were grandstanding.

The Judge slapped him down because he had not let the Secretary of State do her job first and investigate Trump's complaint. He wanted the Judge to assume what evidence should be preserved and issue a mandamus ruling to preserve it. She was particularly concerned that names of volunteer poll workers would get out in the public record where they could be the subject of harassment.
