Heavy Voting In S.E. Michigan Today..

Been at polls most of the day working for Democrats and there has been heavy to steady voting in S.E. Michigan today. This should be good for Hillary as to win Michigan, it has to be heavy turnout in S.E. Michigan to offset anything in other parts of the state.

I'll be off work at 4:30 PM and on my way to vote in Ypsilanti. My wife as well. Both of us for the next POTUS, HRC.

There are no explanations. Only awkward rejections of holiday invites.

I will not be Pollyanna-ish about Michigan.

Brainwashing works.
I've heard so many phony stories from these folks about Hillary that I won't go in to now, but suffice it to say that good people can go bad. I blame Facebook and Twitter, and Faux News mostly.

With the death of proper media, this is becoming a huge problem.

So many Republicans are immune to facts and readily belie anything they hear in their personal echo chamber, no matter how improbable or crazy it is (see Chemtrails).

Its not just Republicans and conservatives. Liberals have the same problem too. Just the other day I was looking at responses to a Bernie Sanders tweet and 75% of the responses were out of touch, many still believe the election was rigged. Some think he kept fund raising to buy a house and otherwise leech cash out of his desperate supporters. It was crazy.

It takes more and more effort, daily, to stay connected to what's happening and not fall into a self-created echo chamber. One almost has to train themselves how to digest information now.

Reporting news is dead, and trust of journalism is badly broken.

and thus the economy of a state like MI that is doing well overall, low unemployment, etc.

typical 'Reagan Democrat' mentality, which is the real reason the white working class went down the shithole, not Clinton centrism, which actually rebuilt the Dem party (after being abandoned by said white working class voters) and delivered an excellent economy for everyone.
