Otherwise? Fuck Jill Stein. We already know who really won this election, and it wasn't that Orange Anus.

I think she's hoping for a bump in HER numbers.
Thing is, it would benefit Trump if the Russians added votes to Stein--she might just LOSE votes if she gets a real recount.

MADISON (WKOW) -- Green Party Presidential Nominee Jill Stein is seeking to raise $2.5 million by late Friday afternoon in order to pay for presidential election recounts in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania - three states narrowly won by Republican President-Elect Donald Trump.
On a fundraising page launched early Wednesday afternoon, the Stein campaign indicates it wants recounts in those three states because "data suggests significant discrepancies in vote totals."
Results show Trump won Wisconsin by 27,257 votes over Democratic Nominee Hillary Clinton, a margin of just 1 percent.
According to WEC Administrator Mike Haas, the agency has no discretion on whether to conduct the recount if Stein's campaign pays for it - unless there is intervening court litigation to stop it.

(29,565 posts)badly for the next four years as I have for the last two weeks. Nader in Florida in 2000 wasn't enough to convince these people not to be vanity candidates.

(15,512 posts)Basically it's impossible for Hillary to even utter the word because that would instantly create the media circus the perps are probably counting on to run out the clock on recounts.

(18,402 posts)What exactly would a recount do? Depends, I suppose, on at what point of the process the hacking took place, and what kinds of machines were in use, and many things I don't really have any idea about.
But, I doubt a simple recount in Scott Walker's state will do much of anything.
I wouldn't contribute to Stein. What kind of transparency has she assured for the use of the money? What will happen to the money you donate if a recount doesn't take place?

(62,276 posts)If there really is a 7% discrepancy as suggested then it would be trivially discovered. And monumental.

Same people tallying in each county. Do you really envision there being different results? I don't. Verified paper trails or not.

(34,458 posts)The link I posted has a map. I just heard the rumor of the 7% discrepancy. I don't see a change in outcome, but it would throw into question the entire election. A more damning thing would be hacked firmware.
But this ultimately was a social engineered manipulation.

To hack the machines if planned in advance.
He's an IT expert and is calling for an audit, not because he believes the evidence clearly indicates hacking, nor does he necessarily believe the polls were wrong, or other events, but because citizens need to be assured that the votes were counted properly.

People that voted for Garry is what really boggles the mind, what message did he have besides being pro-legalization of pot? You think they'll be shocked when Trumps AG starts enforcing federal drug laws?
