Hillary Clinton Recount In Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania How It Will Take Place
Until a few days ago, Donald Trumps victory in the 2016 Presidential elections was everything that one could talk about.
Now, a growling uproar demanding a Hillary Clinton recount of votes in three key swing states has joined the mix.
It all started when a few computer scientists pointed out a gaping discrimination between the number of votes that Clinton secured in states where majority of votes were cast in paper ballot versus digital voting.
They exposed the fact that the Secretary of State has scored 7 percent lesser votes in states with digital voting. One can also add that she is currently leading by more than 2 million when it comes to popular votes.

The laws of vote recount in Wisconsin and Michigan are more or less similar. The candidate seeking the recount has to submit a written, notarized statement which specifies the office or question involved.
The clerk who receives the petition is required to inform the candidates from the opposing parties of the recount. Any of the opposing candidates may then submit a counter-petition within 48 hours of the original petition being filed. -
