Trump will have 48 hours to respond to Steins request for a recount in WI. What will he do?

I'd imagine that he'd seek an injunction of some sort. But what harm could he show would occur to him if the recount were to proceed? Would the injunction be granted?

Looks like it's a "shall recount" kind of deal. Notification to other candidates is most likely because they have a right to have representatives there.

MI is going to be a harder one, IMO. Stein has to file a petition stating that she was basically harmed by fraud or counting errors, and the other candidates can counter-petition. Seeing as she was beat by millions of votes, it's going to be a pretty tough sell to claim that fraud or counting errors caused her harm.

Stein will either have to go to court to appeal the decisions of the individual canvassing boards. During the appeals process, the court can order a recount if they choose.

Alternatively, voters in PA can file for actual recounts, but it has to be done by precinct (9158 precincts in the state).

But it has to be 3 voters in each precinct, so 27,000+ voters.

Not saying it can't be done, but doubtful.

Jill Stein's fundraising site has a place to volunteer for submitting a petition.

Maybe his bunch of dummies won't notice until after those states are called in favor of Hillary.
