Harry even sent the letter to Comey himself, informing him that he may have broken the law (The Hatch Act law). Unfortunately, Harry's words seem to have fallen on deaf ears.

With the announcement also that he recommends an investigation into Comey possibly in violation of the Hatch Act.

Who would instigate that investigation though?
Obama could still do this no matter.

Firing Comey suggests that Comey most likely acted illegally and at the very minimum suggests that Comey played an important part in costing us the election. Let's keep our fingers cross that President Obama fires him ASAP.
