Nothing from George W. Bush.
Crickets.
Poppy and Jebby have put in their endorsements for Romney.
Has Romney's campaign asked W NOT to extend his endorsement?

George W. Missing As Romney Gets Bush Backing
I did some searching for a historical context about former presidents doing endorsements. In August 1996, Gerald Ford and George H.W. Bush jointly endorsed Bob Dole. Ford's daughter recently explained that her father would wait until the convention to do endorsements. Gerald Ford was no fan of George W. Nancy Reagan, widow of Ronald Reagan, declined to endorse any candidate in 2008, and Mr. Reagan never did any endorsements after leaving office.
