Romney Surrogate Says "Real Views" Will Come Out (wait! We're not seeing his real views now??)

Former Maryland Gov. Robert Ehrlich (R) did Mitt Romney no favors when he appeared on CNN last night and suggested that the gender gap would close once women "see" Romney's "real views" in the general election.

This is how repubs run. They can say anything during the race and then say, well, I didn't mean that, that's how you get elected. That's exactly what Walker did. He refused to say how he would balance the budget etc.. Then when he got elected he trashes collective barganing and then says that he told us that is what he was going to do. No, the unions told us that is what he was going to do and many didn't believe it and voted for him. Well, they learned from that. But I see all of them doing it now. The "I'll say or do anything to get elected, but when in office I'll screw you." They all say (including Mitt) that if they told the truth they wouldn't had gotten elected...

If they know they wouldn't have gotten elected because of what they want to do, then it's obvious to me that they are against the American citizen and shouldn't be elected.

I've been feeling this for a long time. Unfortunately, it seems like most people (or at least a lot) haven't figured out that this is the basic Republican M.O. By this time, most of us should really know better to what to expect (in general) under Republicans and what to expect under Democrats. I believe that if people paid just a little more attention to what is going on in politics and demand more scrutiny of our candidates for public office, we'd be able to keep people like Walker and Republicans in general out of office more often than not and refusing to elect people whom run against the government they are running to be a part of should be a no-brainer IMHO. They say that we should practice "preventative care" in regards to our health. We also need to practice a little "preventative voting" in regards to electing our leaders IMHO.

And when those "gender gap" closing views are made public, how does he make sure the angry Limbaugh listener crowd still shows up at the polls?
