Not all Republicans are racist, but all racists are cheering this Republican

Arkansas State Sen. Jason Rapert (R):

I hear you loud and clear, Barack Obama. You don't represent the country that I grew up with. And your values is not going to save us. We're going to take this country back to the Lord. We're going to try to take this country back for conservatism. And we're not going to allow minorities to run roughshod over what you people believe in!

For a crowd that claims to be the most American of Americans, they sure have lost sight of what America is. The days of Birth of a Nation are long gone. The days when the Southern Strategy could ensure GOP electoral dominance are behind us. The few pockets of resistance, like this Jason Rapert, are far outside the American mainstream, in the fringes of society, also called the Republican Party.

1. Same guy that just got the Arkansas Senate to ban abortion if a fetal heartbeat

can be detected (not that a heartbeat has anything to do with viability). In his opinion, if a 5 week old fetus is removed from a woman's body by God, it's a miscarriage and if done by a doctor it's murder.

On Wednesday, the Arkansas legislature lurched forward with a radical measure to ban most abortions if a fetal heartbeat is detected within six weeks of a pregnancy, a requirement experts say will force the state to insert a probe into a woman's vagina to detect.

The bill also penalizes doctors who perform abortions after the arbitrary cut-off date with a Class D felony, carrying up to six years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000. The chief sponsor of the measure is Republican State Senator Jason Rapert, a fiddle-playing financial planner with his own evangelical outreach center that hosts mission trips to Uganda, Ghana, and the Philippines. He has been among the loudest anti-abortion politicians in the state, and has sponsored a number of other radical bills, including a very strange effort to organize a constitutional convention to give state legislatures power over the national debt limit.

6. Just another ho-hum domestic right-wing extremist spewing garbage typical of those

associated with domestic right-wing extremist groups. It is not proper to label a person a terrorist unless a terrorist act has been committed or threatened. Then the extremist crosses the line to the terrorist category imo.

This is not the America he grew up in. America grew up and moved on. He has been "left behind". That is exactly why the conservatives and racialists hate about progress. They're afraid of being left behind.

Reverand Al's show and finally somebody took the lipstick off the pig. Bought time somebody figured out the phoniness of the GOP. I figured it out a long time ago. The Federal Government is one of the biggest jobs producer in the Economy. The difference between the Federal Government and private sector are laws against discrimination. Minorities have a fairer opportunity getting Government jobs because of laws and affirmative action, which the Republican has attacked. It goes back to this them and us theme. The more you get at Government, the best way you can attack opportunities for minorities. And it doesn't neccessarily just apply to minorities but it can apply to women also. The more you slash Government, the more you slash their freedom of choices and economic power. And the Republican Party is mostly a Southern Party and white males. Reverse racism is a tactic also used to divide and conquer. It is the same deception they use with fraud, immigration and guns. Few people had the guts to call it out from the fear of using the race card. But you can still put lipstick on a Pig and it still is a Pig. You just git to have the guts to call it a Pig. And I got the guts to call it. They took over the Repulican Party. They have nothing in common with the late President Lincoln or abolitionists. Those people invented Big Government.

Are you sure about that? All of my right wings friends ARE racist. I have yet to find one that isn't. So in my book, 100% are racists. However I will give you the benefit of the doubt. Across the country, I'm sure there are a few that are not racists. So, 99% are racists, 1% are not.
