He may want the attention and be willing to be ejected to get it.
The congressman who invited him should be held responsible for Nugent's behavior.
Or maybe they're in it together.

Pepper spray, taser, and hauled out by his heels.

Our President is smarter than I am though - I'm sure he knows that if crappy pants opens his yap he'll make more enemies than friends in the current gun debate.
