The decidedly apolitical ...

and eternally patient, Mrs. 1StrongBlackMan made two observations during Marco Rubio's response:

1) "His talking to much and is boring."

And 2) "This is a response? To what?!? Did he even listen to President Obama's address? None of the things he's talking about, President Obama mentioned."

Boring as hell. And definitely, at least for the most part, wasn't responding to the SOTU that POTUS gave tonight.

One assumes that this "response" (rebuttal) was written long before the president spoke, rather than in the five minutes after the speech, so how can he respond to a speech that he hadn't heard yet?

... and then POTUS actually gave "version 2.0" to the Congress & the public.

Because Rubio was talking ... to ... or, at ... well, .... I dunno.

So what speech was he responding to?! Thanks! I should have been able to figure that out, but it seemed like he was just taking a stab in the dark...
