I am convinced the Rethugs wold defund the National Institute of Health if it was on the verge of curing cancer, if Obama was still in office.

7. The real reason for the Paul filibuster
Thu Mar 7, 2013, 12:55 AM

The R's block a perfectly qualified judicial nominee, and Durbin says they should revisit the filibuster rules. Paul immediately starts this filibuster as cover, so that any attempt to revisit the filibuster rules will look like a reaction against Paul.

The usual suckers fall for it.

And nobody will remember any of this in three weeks time.
