Anybody have information on the Obama Administration crack down on IRS spending?

It's my understanding that the "over the top" spending on parties by the IRS was already cut by the administration's budget a couple of years ago. I can't find any link to corroborate this. You can imagine the hundreds of stories blaming Obama for the parties that Google dredges up though.

"These changes, which have the strong support of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, save about $1.4 billion in FY 2014 and a total of $12.8 billion over the next five years," Hagel said. "

I'm pretty sure it'll be increased though. There's no getting around the fact that without an MIC's replacement economy, we're doomed to be the cause of war.
