...who doesn't live in the district they represent. It hasn't hurt her in the past and probably won't hurt her in 2012. About the only possible fly in that ointment would be if her constituents remember her statement last year that she was running for president and would not be running for reelection to her congressional seat regardless, and hold her flip-flop against her.
