He chose on a cold evening to appear at the Washington State Historical Museum. He went and talked while standing on this balcony and the back lighting made him look like Hitler at Nuremburg. On the west side of him, there were folks who were getting cars to honk while he was talking and on the east side not our doing trains were honking their horns. Santorum, when he chose his speaking site didn't know it was about 200 yards from the Occupy Tacoma encampment. A lot of them along with others figured out his speaking cadence and were talking between his words, so that what he was saying was being drowned out in nonsensical noise. You could see him getting madder and madder. Also there were a ton of LGBT protesters, most of his crowd were a bunch crazed evangelicals gay haters. A few verbal shouting matches broke out and then he got bukkakkad. It was a worthless appearance for him and the next day he requested secret service. I was one of the main planners of the "welcoming" committee for him and laughing my ass off.

I actually had a lot of fun doing it. Earlier that day I was at the Capitol in Olympia. I was one of the religious leaders from throughout WA state that was there for the signing of the Marriage Equality Act. I have a ceremonial pen from that day!

I had to wait 5 minutes to post a response to this because I was laughing so hard I could hardly hang onto my chair. Only in America.

I cannot imagine anyone who deserved this more than Santorum -- unless it would be Cruz. Do you ever visit Texas?
