Dont let the Koch Brothers buy the election, the ad says, which also labels the David and Charles Koch as a pair who spent hundreds of millions of dollars trying to defeat President Obama.

but I was in my Political Theory class this morning, and my professor asked us if we knew who DeBlasio is. Out of everyone in the class, I was the only person who raised their hand. I find it alarming how little people around my age seem to follow politics, even those who of us who are POSCI majors. I understand that this is strictly a NYC election, but it still has been widely discussed in the media. Surely more people would have been aware of who the Democratic nominee for mayor is by now, but I guess maybe I'm being a little too harsh...
