What is it with Goopers and "47 percent of the population are slackers." ????

Where did this number come from? One would think that after Romney used it, anyone making the same point would at least use a different number.

Is this an offshoot of Romney's "insider information"?
Is this some magical mystical numerology 'thing'?
Is it some kind of Samurai thing having to do with the Forty-seven Ronin?

I suspect that its just another case of republicans getting it wrong.
Heck any white mouse could have told them the correct answer is 42.

What they ignore is that most of them are seniors, students, disabled people or people who don't make enough money to meet the requirement to pay income taxes (and most of those folks still have to pay payroll taxes). A very small percent are the people who are actually on welfare.
