Crack Smoking Toronto Mayor Rob Ford Not Resigning – Reelection? (VIDEO)


The crack smoking Toronto Mayor Rob Ford had a press conference at his city hall. The press conference lasted about 6 minutes or so. In this video he gave his statement and did not take any questions.

While the police have a video file showing Ford smoking a crack pipe, they cannot produce any legally admissible evidence on what he was smoking in it. The only way the video could figure in a legal charge would be if the police were also in possession of the crack pipe, and had an acceptable chain of custody of said pipe from the time Ford used it.

The fact that Ford admits that he may have smoked crack in the video during a "drunken stupor" is neither a confession, nor was it made under oath, and as anyone who has been following this story knows, Ford is, at best, a serial liar.
