Anyone who voted a provisional ballot in VA needs to contact 1-855-910-8683

I was calling for GOTV and alerted people to the provisional ballots in case they were incorrectly purged from the rolls.

If the provisional ballots are counted, Herring has a good chance to win as does Boysko and maybe even Bell for the House of Delegates which would end the House's ability to veto everything.
