He's a cook, no insurance and has been living with an 80% blockage in one of his carotid arteries.

He tried to get on Medicaid to get the operation but he didn't qualify.

With the expansion he qualifies and he called me happy he wasn't going to have to be worried about having a stroke anymore.

His words: "All the people up here hate Obama, but I tell them FUCK YOU! he's saving my life"

Our Gov. Bullock-D, wants the expanded Medicaid. It was our Republican Legislators who voted against it.
