Florida Scott O.K.'s Friend's Rail Plan

and socks Floridians with 200 Mill. bill , BUT rejected Obama Federal monies of over 2 Billion (with a "B&quot because, he stated, it would cost Floridians 200 Million.

Seems it's kosher when his friends have a hand in it, but verboten when the Northern black man has a hand in it. So, Florida is going to be billed for his friend's rail system which is shorter, will employ less people, and only serve a small section of the state. However, Obama's offer which would have cost less for Florida, hired many more, and serve a larger part of the state was just too wrong for him to accept.

Must be because the stimulus money had to hire LOCALs instead of using cheap foreign visa labor and slave labor leased from the private 'for profit' prisons.
