I'm entirely certain they'll impeach Obama on the first pretext they can dream up. No, the votes aren't there to convict but that doesn't matter to them. Hell, I'm surprised they haven't done it already.

Republicans tried this with Clinton. It did not end well for them.
They have even less on Obama. It would be even more of a disaster.
They won't do it.

They've hyped up their base to believe Obama is the new Stalin and their base will demand it, even if the votes aren't there. Time will tell.
