big event will be when the federal grand jury issues its findings.

Christie's biggest problem will be defending his record as governor. The state is in the tank. For a couple of years, he was touted as the economic savior of the state.

It merely set off a chain of exposure of the culture of bullying and petty partisan politics that came out of his office. The lack of distribution of Sandy monies and the near total lack of oversight of what actually did get spent is far greater trouble. Millions for cronies who didn't even take damage from Sandy while people who did get hurt were being denied for years is his real problem.

if he thinks his own puppet "investigation" clears him, he's badly mistaken...plus his state's present woes has and will do him lots of future grief...the guy is in denial...
