As a casual drinker of scotch I may have a solution to the gridlock in Congress...

... maybe a bar in both chambers so they don't have to leave. It never hurts to grease the wheels of politics or social interactions with some alcohol (not John Boehner levels, those are dangerous)... How many laws have been made without some social drinking involved?
