Okay, I may have been wrong about Hillary Clinton running for President

I have been saying for months I did not think Hillary was running.. Well John (my husband) told me something tonight that has me rethinking my position. Chelsea Clinton is quitting her job as a reporter with NBC. She said it was to concentrate more on the Clinton Foundation..but Chelsea quitting may mean her gearing up to support her Moms run. Sooooooooooooooooooooooo.. I may be wrong..

Plus, their mailing list is a mile long....

Now, there's no coordination, but I think her close friends have a sense of where she's at. If she told them "Hell, no, do NOT fire that thing up," they'd accede to her wishes.

Ready for Hillary just put their merchandise on sale; of course I guess you could say that would show that she is going to announce "not".

Chelsea could be quitting because she is expecting????

Time will tell.

I'm forever for Hillary, BUT why would anyone WANT to be President now, with so many world conditions in a fever, plus, global warming? Whoever does, is going to need a lot of ideas, plans, policies, and be able to spell them out in a simple and plain way. I don't think buzz words will work in this climate.

If Clinton is sufficiently entranced by being a grandmother, and realizing that as President she will miss out on 4-8 years of that role, then she might not run. I'm not trying to reduce her options or desires to this one thing, but being a grandmother is a very life changing event, and it could have that effect on her.

We're talking about her foregoing her grandchild's development until it's well into school if she does two terms. That's a pretty difficult sell. She could always convince Chelsea to move back in the White House...

You know, that he may not run because he is a grandfather.

Anyway, it is not as if she will raise the child. I'm sure the kid can visit on weekends and holidays, like I understand most grandchildren do.

It's about her getting ready to have a baby. She was only working part-time anyway. Given it is her first child, she probably wants to have plenty of time free both before and after the birth.

Her mom isn't going to say whether she is running or not until next year. Anything else is just blind speculation.
