We are being conned into war again - We must not fall for it.

Is Chuck Todd serious. How can any American be concern that Saudi Arabia is upset with us for not invading Syria. If they were concerned about Syria should they not have built a coalition from the region to handle the humanitarian and military crisis? It is not the responsibility of Americans to die to bring peace to the region and implicitly protecting draconian kingdoms.

Please read the article I wrote for the DailyKOS yesterday on this issue and give me your thoughts.

So nothing to worry about. It's obviously all on the up and up.

I stated that this is the same bullshit that they pedaled to us ten years ago and I was roundly chastised by a member of the Obama fan club who told me that Obama isn't Bush and that he would never lie about such things.

Poor fool.

like and hurl insult and lies at the Calm One all day long, Obama will do the logical thing, the thing that gets him little praise except where it counts.

With the peace makers.

6 years of hate and lies by the mass media has not influenced him much at all, how much do you think the mass media that thinks itself in control of government go any more off the deep end as they see their influence wane?

The mass media is confused by a man who shuns praise, who makes decision based on best interests of the nation, not the best interests of himself.

A couple of hundred "advisors" here, a couple more hundred there.......Maybe you're the one being conned into thinking the President isn't creeping into war. He may refuse to say the word "war" but that's exactly what he is getting in to.

say anything about combat troops....read the speech again and please, lose the propaganda talk.

On the contrary the President was very clear about that, if you would care to listen.

Took me right back to Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld and all the lies pushing us towards war. I felt the same way last night as I did way back then....except then I only had a brother to worry about. Now I have a son as well.

Askk yourself why there is always money for war, when they tell us we are broke.

Weakening ISIS in Syria, would seem to help Assad, wouldn't it? And what of the calls of the likes of Iran, to do something about ISIS? Are we on the same "side" here? The Neo-con(artists)s clearly pushed out the Baathists/Sunis and handed power to the Shiites in Iraq, which has gotten Iraq into one hell of a mess. The "strategy" outlined by the President seems, on the surface, to be keeping the neo-con hegemonic dream alive. I say, put an end to that nightmare and figure out a way to check ISIS without direct U.S. military involvement.

Obama got his panties in a bunch when they did it twice. I'm sure he saw the video. It was heartbreaking. He dropped his defense and sided with the idiots on the right indicating something has to be done. He should have just chilled as he did with the other potential lures sent our way in the past 6 years. Is it a full blown war? Not really. Not yet. One just has to wonder why none of the neighbors in the Middle east are taking care of this. They've proven they have the tools required to do the job.

Mark my word, we will lose many more Americans over this. This is NOT America's problem. So why are we going in? Pull out now, and put all that money into building a stronger defense.
