HealthCare - We need to bring this issue to the top of the table - Press is sleeping

Press is doing a BAD job and they just want to make news. In the process, they are concentrating on what will happen to ObamaCare in June 2015. They need to be putting pressure on the Courts by writing some facts.

Yes, one word in HCA is iffy. But, judges obviously did not bother about it and they even understood it. Look at what they wrote:

In their dissent from the 2012 decision upholding the law, Justices Antonin Scalia, Anthony Kennedy, Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito read the law exactly as its supporters do. They wrote: “Congress provided a backup scheme; if a State declines to participate in the operation of an exchange, the Federal Government will step in and operate an exchange in that State.” And they noted of the law’s structure: “That system of incentives collapses if the federal subsidies are invalidated.” (Source: EJ Dionne, WashPost)

So, the judges knew the. Now, will they back-track? Yes, they will unless the press (or somebody) brings this to forefront. I am doing my part. Supporters, please do yours and send this information to all your reps and senators (and yes, I know they are running around like frightened chickens at this time although I see a fighting Obama coming back - finally. Hope so)

disenfranchised or those that need medical care who live in those states, mostly red states, will be left out in the cold without health insurance because they cannot afford the subsidies, and I suspect some will actually die because of it. That is why elections are important

I'm afraid we're back to handbills but at least we still have the net. For now.
