If the 47 repub Senators that signed that letter to IRAN

are not charged with a major crime, then this will just make them see just HOW FAR THEY CAN GO before
being prosecuted, EVEN UNTIL THEY TRY to accuse Obama of the very 'crimes' they them selves have
been committing.

However, they are making a big deal out of Hillary Clinton's emails, which is absolute BULLSHIT and nothing to be so outraged over.

In addition the Constitution (Art I, Section 6(1)) protects Senators (and Representatives) from being questioned "in any other place" about anything they say or write.

Do people honestly believe that Congress can pass a law restricting a Senator's ability to make public statements regarding foreign policy?

In other words, the #47traitors think they can use the Senate floor to protect themselves from felony charges, but the Constitution says otherwise.

The Senators and Representatives shall receive a compensation for their services, to be ascertained by law, and paid out of the treasury of the United States. They shall in all cases, except treason, felony and breach of the peace, be privileged from arrest during their attendance at the session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any speech or debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other place.

which can get someone up to 3 years in Federal prison.

Seditious conspiracy is another serious felony. Given that 47 Republicans conspired to sabotage nuclear negotiations with Iran so they can benefit at the expense of the country, that would qualify as a felony.

Because it is unconstitutional on its face. It is 216 years old and no one has ever been prosecuted for it.

Senator Tom Cotton and 46 others have written an Open Letter to the Iranian Government as an attempt to influence and interfere with our President's current negotiations.

This is a violation of the Logan Act, a United States federal law that forbids unauthorized citizens from negotiating with foreign governments. It was passed in 1799 and last amended in 1994. Violation of the Logan Act is a felony, punishable under federal law with imprisonment of up to three years.

Remember the 2000 ballot count in Florida?

The GOP sent paid operatives to disrupt the count, and they virtually rioted... and nothing happened to any of them.

Perhaps it's time to take a page from their book... only our cause would be just!

There ought to be demonstrations in Washington, perhaps at their offices, perhaps at their LOCAL offices... demanding their RESIGNATIONS!

Perhaps nothing can ultimately be accomplished before the next elections, BUT
their lives ought to be made as uncomfortable as possible.
