Fast track doesn't guarantee passage... just a clean vote without hurdles.

Since they have the majority (and know that many democrats will vote no)... they don't need filibuster (etc.)options. They could just vote it down if they didn't like the deal.

The "Republican" and "Democratic" "party" functions are really just fronts to divide the masses to not unite against the Corporatist party that members of each of these "parties" have their true allegiance to.

This bill is their first real more public power grab that starts to show this party for what it is, and who its members actually work for instead of the actual voters that voted them in. It is a party where money votes, not just citizen votes control it.

The GOP is the real problem here. Since they are the majority party and not one member sides with Elezabeth Warren. Big problem.
