$15 mimimum wage in Tacoma WA

In our local newspaper this morning a letter to the editor was written by an individual that paid for classes in medical assisting earning her $16 an hour. She was outraged that anyone who had not paid for education like she did would earn $15 an hour for no effort as she put it. Apparently she has accepted that even if you work and are not able to pay for basic needs that is just fine. Slavery apparently isn't dead in the US. And the conservatives have her well trained as apparently she doesn't give a damn about some people having a difficult time meeting basic bills or the conservatives have her well trained and she doesn't even know it. Where are your Christian and moral principles? Oh, I see they don't count.
