Bernie is surging... but of greater interest

Ok, I am thrilled that Bernie is pulling a lot of support in Wisconsin! I think the energy flowing to his campaign has been incredible.

However, what I am really looking forward to is a crowd comparison between Scott Walker and Bernie Sanders. I really am hoping that Bernie utterly swamps Walker's announcement in terms of turn-out! I want to see Scott Walker utterly humiliated and brought to heel by my favorite Democratic upstart.

I think even Hillary supporters would be entertained by that possibility.

Seriously, every time you think the republicans can't look any more ridiculous they manage to one up themselves. I have this weird feeling with the increasing unreliability of pollsters that these guys are going to keep running to the crazy right until the drive right off a cliff.

they'd give us a close-up of a few Bernie supporters and say it was a small crowd of rowdy students, then give us just the right angle to make the few hundred Walker supporters look like tens of thousands.

Trump will pay even more than that $50 a head to be there.

But let's face it - Bernie would outshine Walker even if Bernie never showed up in the state of Wisconsin!!!

It's a case of too little, too late for my home state I'm afraid, but Walker has finally lost the middle here in Wisconsin- and quite a few moderate Republicans (if in fact such a person really exists any more) to boot. A lot of these folks are really pissed at Walker's running for president full time while the legislative Republicans come to blows in the Capitol over his crappy "running for president" budget that even most Republicans see as garbage. His proposed gutting of the UW system, for example, gets 20% approval. His plan to borrow heavily into the future to support current road repairs without raising taxes has been panned by everyone, even that nasty little prick Robin Vos, who normally is a Walker bootlicker of the worst sort.

even with his union busting, teacher demoralizing, jobs initiatives in the toilet, denial of ACA expansion, the state coffers is trouble, and a recall, he still gets to stay as Governor. Just what is it that people see in him?
