Related: About this forumThe Hill: Sanders Draws MASSIVE Crowd in Wisconsin
http://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box/dem-primaries/246732-sanders-draws-massive-crowd-in-wisconsinDemocratic presidential candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders drew 10,000 supporters, the largest crowd of his campaign thus far, according to reports.
"Tonight, we have more people at any meeting for a candidate of president of the United States than any other candidate, Sanders told his fans at Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Madison, Wis., according to the Associated Press.
Sanders used the occasion to slam Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, a likely Republican White House hopeful, for Walkers battles against state labor unions.
Sanders continued beating his populist drum, to the delight of his supporters. "The big money interests Wall Street, corporate America, all of these guys have so much power that no president can defeat them unless there is an organized grassroots movement making them an offer they can't refuse," he said.

(10,495 posts)2. It's the message, stupid!
Bernie is popular for what he stands for, not for how much campaign donations (bribes) he has taken in or where his poll numbers are at! We can help him help us by volunteering, donating, or just spreading the word about why Bernie needs to win!

(5,191 posts)3. But, he's a Socialist!
Sanders should reply, "If you mean I support the rights of workers to unionize, the right of everyone to receive free, public education, the repairing of our nation's infrastructure that provides jobs that boost our economy, and wanting to treat the elderly with dignity in their golden years, than you're dam right I'm a socialist!"
